About The Position

The Scheduling Coordinator will work with clients and staff to schedule healthcare appointments across the Capital Region, contributing to the community's well-being. This role involves coordinating healthcare staff and managing appointment logistics effectively.

Requirements

• Experience with scheduling healthcare appointments and coordinating healthcare staff
• Experience in an office setting, preferably in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling healthcare staff to clients' homes and/or facilities
• Process new intakes and referrals into the systems
• Assist healthcare staff with escalations and missed appointments

Benefits

• $19.00 - $20.00 / hour
