Scheduling Coordinator & HR Associate (Entry-Level) Daylight Schedule | No Weekends | CNA Required Are you a CNA looking to expand your career while continuing to support quality resident care—just in a new way? Join Concordia’s Skilled Nursing team as a Scheduling Coordinator & Human Resources Associate and help ensure our residents receive excellent care by keeping our staffing and people operations running smoothly. This is a growth-focused, entry-level opportunity for a CNA who wants to build skills in scheduling, staffing, and human resources while staying connected to the clinical team. You’ll gain hands-on experience, receive strong support, and have a clear path for advancement within Concordia.

Requirements

  • Active CNA certification (required)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain staff schedules to ensure safe, consistent coverage
  • Manage call-offs, shift swaps, and last-minute changes
  • Partner closely with nursing and department leaders to support resident care
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Post jobs, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records
  • Support employee relations, safety initiatives, and HR communications
  • Contribute ideas to HR projects and process improvements
