This position ensures that the payroll functions on assigned units are completed accurately and timely following payroll policies. In collaboration with the Director/Manager assists with the development and distribution of assigned unit schedules and ensures that the automated scheduling is accurate and up to date. Notifies appropriate departments of staff status changes and completes online transaction forms. This position serves as a resource to management and staff regarding payroll policies and the use of Lawson system.
