About The Position

KRE Security is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher to support overnight operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, or operations support. You’ll manage real-time staffing across multiple client sites, respond to call-offs, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position with clear growth opportunities into operations or management roles.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or workforce coordination
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operations or dispatch environment
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage employee schedules across multiple locations
  • Fill open shifts and handle call-offs in real time
  • Dispatch and communicate with field staff and supervisors
  • Monitor attendance, availability, and staffing gaps
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records, logs, and reports
