We are seeking a Scheduling Clerk to join our Edgewood facility! This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. In this role, we expect you to be responsible for scheduling orders and managing client Service Level Agreements. You will consistently look for opportunities to improve quality to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. You will consistently meet and/or exceed predetermined quality and efficiency goals. You will interpret production orders and confirm accurate job requirements/materials to assemble printed materials into a final product.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent in education and experience)
  • 1+ experience in related Production environment
  • Good listening skills
  • Proficient in English; Spanish communication skills a plus
  • Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to stand and work throughout duration of assigned shift skills
  • Flexibility in work schedule that is based on Production volumes which could require weekends and holidays
  • Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies
  • Requires standing for long periods of time; stooping and kneeling; lifting to waist up to 20 pound

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize workload according to Must Mail list ensuring all work required mailings are set up to meet their SEC requirements.
  • Ensure all work released from the Scheduling area meets all aspects of the Broadridge quality standards.
  • Clerk must understand that they need to have a client service approach to dealing with Production as they are presenting a finished product.
  • Using software programs such as: JETS, Proxy Plus, WebWise, WFMS, etc.
  • Must know all aspects of Scheduling including Split Area, finding material on WMS and WFMS, Non ADP splits, Production Staging, checking information on Proxy Plus, tracking jobs on Jets, Scheduling Equipment, partnering with outside departments to complete goals, etc.
  • Understand ISO and its importance
  • Partner with Scheduling Coordinator to communicate status of jobs and be a liaison between Forms Management, Must Mail, and Scheduling.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment
