About The Position

Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team! As a Call Center Scheduler, you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic! From scheduling regular appointments or procedures, you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction. Pay: $30.74 to $32.86/ hour depending on experience. Hours: Approximately 8a-5p M-F but hours can vary depending on the assignment. Location: St. Paul and St. Louis Park

Requirements

• Experience with the EPIC scheduling
• Background in medical scheduling
• Past work in a call center environment
• Attention to detail
• Good phone etiquette
• Must have great attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Answering phone promptly
• Patient registration
• Assisting with both regular appointments and various procedures
• Insurance and demographic information updates
• Administrative duties as needed
