About The Position

Schedules surgeries for patients by providing complete and accurate information to the surgery center. Coordinate insurance authorization. Provides updates/cancelation requests to surgery center. Acts as back up for New Patient Referral Coordinator.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Excellent computer skills.
• Able to speak and write English Fluently
• Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Analytical thinking ability to assimilate information and make decisions based upon guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Surgical posting experience preferred
