About The Position

St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking an individual to assist with clerical duties associated with keeping the department running smoothly! The Scheduling Associate will be responsible for scheduling of Inpatient Appointments using an electronic scheduling system. The position would entail scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and managing multi-line phones.

Requirements

  • HS diploma required.
  • Certificate program or AAS in medical administration preferred.
  • Medical office experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and pleasant phone manners.
  • Medical terminology is required.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments and checking in patients.
