We are looking for a Scheduling Analyst at our Wilsonville, OR facility What You Will Do Control on-hand material through its life cycle; warehouse inventory, manufacturing point of use stock, issue to work orders or projects, returns to suppliers, ships to customers, etc. Evaluate and coordinate training needs to better utilize metrics and system accuracy. Improve process flows regarding the assemblies that are in progress, material availability, and potential production problems. Solve any potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed. Support analysis of multiple and moderate complexity, Bills of Material in an MRP system; releasing work orders and tracking material though the assembly process Provide support to material supply demand and prepare necessary work orders based on shop load and inventory requirements. Coordinate interdepartmental activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering. Propose solutions to mitigate any work stoppage the factory teams may experience due to any slips in material orders. Interface with internal customers. Leads projects and or teams to accomplish continuous improvement. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. as well as stand and/or walk for significant portions of the day (20-50% of the day). May be required to work in a clean room environment on occasion.
