About The Position

The Scheduler will assist product and project teams by developing, integrating, and presenting task-oriented activities in a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This role involves creating detailed schedules, conducting health checks, and providing status reviews to ensure project success, particularly in the context of government and military acquisition programs.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Master's Degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 4 years of applicable experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years, or Associate's Degree with 7 years, or High School Diploma/GED with 13 years of experience, with a minimum of 9 years specialized experience, or 15+ years of scheduler experience with at least 2 years in Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) Acquisition Category (ACAT I/II) programs.
  • Specialized experience must be in Project Management, Business Management/Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 consecutive years of experience as a program scheduler developing and maintaining complex schedules for government or commercial engineering programs.
  • Experience with project management/scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, KIDASA Milestone Professional, Oracle Primavera, or Barbecana Full Monte, and Monte Carlo simulation tools (e.g., @RISK).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on complex activities and demonstrating participatory leadership techniques.
  • Familiarity with DoDI 500.85 and the ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into integrated project schedules.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with military acquisition programs.
  • Familiarity with Defense Contract Management Agency 14-point evaluation and analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional.
  • Create detailed IMS for all activities critical to team success and present data clearly and concisely.
  • Conduct schedule status reviews and update meetings with team leads.
  • Perform IMS health checks and what-if analysis using Government-approved software.
  • Present IMS information during recurring meetings and develop presentation materials using Microsoft Office tools.
