About The Position

Madison Regional Health System is seeking a full-time Clinic Scheduler to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home. Our Clinic Scheduler is an essential part of our Scheduling team who is responsible for greeting patients and/or their representative in a friendly manner, gathering information regarding appointment needs, completes health maintenance, and communicating with other departments with clinical related questions. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations are essential.
