About The Position

The Scheduler at Extra Caring Homecare, LLC plays a vital role in managing caregiver schedules and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Proficiency with (or openness to learning) scheduling software and office tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules to ensure caregiver coverage, including filling open shifts when needed.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding, including presenting orientations and processing new hire paperwork.
• Ensure timely submission of employee timecards.
• Prepare termination documents and other HR-related paperwork.
• Coordinate schedules with clients and office staff to meet care needs.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing client health information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
