  • Coordinate schedules with clients and office staff to meet care needs.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing client health information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • Proficiency with (or openness to learning) scheduling software and office tools is a plus.
