About the position

The Scheduler position at KBR's Mission Technology Solutions division involves ensuring the development and completion of job progress milestones through effective scheduling. The role requires coordination with procurement and material managers, as well as engineering work group leads, to prioritize projects and guarantee their completion. The Scheduler will contribute to forecasts and disbursements by performing schedule analysis and will be expected to solve complex problems using detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices in project controls. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
  • Coordinate with project staff to gather status updates, ensuring that schedules are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Identify and report project risks and delays to management.
  • Collaborate with other project personnel to resolve schedule conflicts and optimize project timelines.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must possess US TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
  • Must have a minimum of a BA/BS, from an accredited institution, in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Must have a minimum of five years of experience with project management software, like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Must have strong organizational and time-management skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
