About The Position

Department: Material Planning Summary: Focuses on executing and improving production systems processes. Key responsibilities would include: data mining, report writing, and data entry. This person reports to the Scheduling Supervisor Primary Duties: Assist with problem solving of inventory accuracy, expedites, and part shortage Assist with the identification and implementation of process improvement Assist with data mining, report mining, and data entry Able to find, print, understand shop orders, customer orders, and engineering drawings Documentation of existing processes and procedures Position descriptions are intended to define in general terms the most significant duties of a particular position and are not all inclusive of all duties or responsibilities of individual positions. Requirements

• To complete jobs on a timely and consistent basis
• Work with others to solve problems
• manufacturing resource planning and master production scheduling knowledge is preferred
• Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, analyzing data, composing documents, and creating flow charts.
• High attention to detail is required
• General understanding of the functions in the plant
• Understanding of Lean and ISO principles
