Summary/Objective The Scheduler will oversee the day-to-day scheduling tasks to keep staff and client schedules up-to-date so operations can run smoothly. This position generally carries out responsibilities in the following areas: scheduling and payroll.

  • Complete the schedule for all clients, including ABA line therapy, ABA supervision, ABA family guidance, OT services, and SLP services (as applicable).
  • Create and maintain staff schedules, including but not limited to checking schedules in Measure for accuracy and approving for payroll. See scheduler job aid for full details and responsibilities.
  • Serves as the systems expert for Measure and, as such, field questions related to the systems.
  • Monitors client authorizations in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in scheduling or managing others.
  • Ability to navigate technology.
  • Bachelors' degree in business or related field.
  • Three to five years of business administration experience.
