About The Position

Techno is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to support a multi-bridge reconstruction initiative involving complex phasing, rail outages, roadway reconstruction, and interagency coordination. The schedule will be heavily driven by rail operational constraints, municipal restrictions, traffic staging requirements, and environmental compliance windows.
This role requires precision, proactive risk identification, and strong coordination with field leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 9 years of relevant construction scheduling experience
• Strong experience scheduling bridge replacement and roadway reconstruction projects
• Experience with rail-adjacent construction and outage-driven work sequencing
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 required
• Ability to work in a fully digital PMIS environment

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with MTA Construction & Development and LIRR scheduling standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and analyze CPM schedules for bridge and roadway reconstruction activities
• Evaluate contractor baseline and recovery schedules
• Monitor rail outage sequencing and critical path impacts
• Identify risk exposure tied to staging, utility relocation, and multi-jurisdiction approvals
• Provide schedule analysis for change orders and time extension reviews
• Support reporting requirements and executive-level schedule updates
