We're looking for a Scheduler who enjoys turning complexity into clarity, someone who understands how smart scheduling drives certainty on major capital programs and who wants to be embedded with project teams delivering high-impact work.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting construction scheduling on large capital projects. Data centers experience is a must.
• Proficient with scheduling software including Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience working on large-scale projects ($300–400M+ in value) preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Familiarity with scheduling best practices and KPI reporting.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in an active construction environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with advanced technologies, or life sciences projects.
• Experience training or onboarding team members in scheduling software and best practices.
• Experience supporting long-duration capital programs with multi-year delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build the roadmap: Develop and maintain detailed project- and program-level schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project Online for large-scale capital projects.
• Support major construction programs: Prepare schedules for complex data center construction projects. Provide hands-on scheduling support for live construction projects valued at $300–400M+, helping teams anticipate impacts and maintain momentum.
• Ensure schedule integrity: Review and analyze contractor baseline and monthly updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with contract requirements.
• Document the record: Develop As-Built schedules using field data and project documentation to support claims resolution and project closeout.
• Be a scheduling partner: Collaborate closely with project managers, construction managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals.
• Train and elevate teams: Provide training and guidance to internal team members on scheduling tools and industry best practices.
• Stay embedded: Work full-time on-site as part of the project team, supporting long-duration programs extending through 2028.
