About The Position

The Scheduler/Risk Adjustment Representative 3 Role is production driven, high paced and requires remarkable communication skills Daily phone calls to provider offices and the ability to schedule appointments to meet production goals. Daily research of open sites, member and provider information. Role is production driven and fast paced Multiple tasks throughout the day, prioritize while staying organized and maintain a professional composure at all times. Daily activities include working in the scheduling system (Cotiviti), monitoring and maintaining hundreds of provider locations, working with copy services and fielding retrieval associate calls. Process reports from Cotiviti and vendor support teams Interacts with provider staff; consisting of front desk associates, office managers, nurses, medical record associates as well as individual doctors Represent CarePlus; candidate must act in a professional manner. Other tasks include; researching projects, trouble shooting for retrieval staff, effectively managing email and phone calls and working within instant messaging (Teams). Requirements

  • 1 or more years of Telephonic customer service (in past 5 years)
  • 1 or more years Healthcare exp
  • 1 or more years Medical Record experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook- Proficient in calendar management
  • Live in Central or Southern Florida

Nice To Haves

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Administrative, medical administration or provider office experience
  • Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care
  • Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Medical Record Retrieval knowledge
  • CarePlus claims experience
  • Cotiviti experience
