JOB SUMMARY: The Scheduler at Polaris Pharmacy Services is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and patients. This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. The Scheduler acts as a liaison between clients and the pharmacy, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and efficiently.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
  • Proven track record of handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about pharmacy services.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients, patients, and pharmacy staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Manage and resolve any client or patient concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist clients and patients.
  • Ensure all client and patient interactions are documented accurately in the system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure client and patient needs are met, including prescription refills, medication delivery, and other services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the client and patient experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer service and pharmacy operations.
