Requirements

5–12+ years of scheduling experience in infrastructure or heavy civil programs.
Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency required.
Experience working within public-sector or transit authority frameworks strongly preferred.
Ability to clearly communicate schedule risk and recovery strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain baseline and update schedules using Primavera P6.
Perform critical path analysis, float path evaluation, and schedule quality checks.
Lead weekly schedule update meetings and validate progress with field teams.
Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and support change event evaluations.
Produce milestone dashboards and performance variance narratives for agency reporting.
Coordinate with estimating and cost teams to align cost loading and forecasting.
Maintain WBS integrity and schedule governance standards across contracts.
