About The Position

Requirements

  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working in multiple systems

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience preferred; healthcare or health insurance call center experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule a variety of radiologic exams accurately and professionally for patients and referring physician practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service while handling patient calls with clarity, patience, and empathy
  • Use a Windows-based, color-coded scheduling system to book and manage appointments
  • Support patients by answering questions and ensuring they understand next steps
