Now hiring a Scheduler Summary: Our schedulers are one of the first point on contact for our patients and play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their visit. Presbyterian is seeking a Scheduling Customer Service Rep! Schedulers are responsible for providing customer service for patients needing appointments, referrals, messaging assistance, and maintaining patient demographics. Requirements
- High school diploma
- One to three years office/business experience, call center experience preferred.
