Experience in scheduling, home care, healthcare, or a similar field preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are staffed appropriately
Match caregivers to clients based on skill set, personality, and care needs
Handle call-offs, schedule changes, and last-minute coverage with urgency and professionalism
Communicate consistently with caregivers, clients, and internal team members
Monitor overtime, travel time, and overall scheduling efficiency
Collaborate with Client Services and Care Team Managers to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in scheduling and CRM systems
