Requirements

Professionalism when dealing with coworkers and customers
High school degree or GED required
Must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented, solid organizational skills and able to multi-task
General computer skills and knowledge of office equipment

Nice To Haves

1 year scheduling experience in a production environment preferred

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to coordinate their delivery needs and plan the daily manufacturing schedule
Daily customer and department communication
Work directly with the builder or homeowner to help them meet their delivery needs
Manage the computerized and paper production scheduling system
Interact with the operations manager and the purchasing, sales, and production teams to communicate and update production schedule and deliveries
