About The Position
Full time Scheduler to implement and maintain adequate staffing patterns of the nursing and dietary staff at Pioneer Care Center. Position is 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pioneer Care Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a staffing pattern that is consistent and complies with state and federal regulations to assure quality of care.
- Prepares and posts monthly schedules.
- Reworks these schedules for illnesses, LOA's, and PTO requests.
- Must be able to communicate well with staff members and be accepting of frequent interruptions, requests and changes.
