Provide Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services with a full range of administrative, programmatic and special project support in a fast paced environment. This position is full time, and the administrative backbone of the clinical department! Some Essential Job Functions: Document resident status as per policy. Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned. Scheduling of all clinical staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance. Participate in the admission of new residents and provide overall admin support to the clinical department. Qualifications - External EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: · Minimum on (1) year experience in assisted living, memory care preferred. · Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community · Rotating On Call Schedule with Director of Health Services 'Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. Requirements

Minimum on (1) year experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.
Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
Rotating On Call Schedule with Director of Health Services
Ability to commute/relocate: Clinton Township, MI 48038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
