About The Position

Premier Ambulance is looking for a Scheduler to join our team! The Scheduler is responsible for recording hours of work, processing, coordinating schedules, and monitoring basic operations. The location for this position is based out of our Brea Headquarters. Premier Ambulance is more than an ambulance company; we are a professional healthcare service. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must have computer competency
Must have the ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
Highly dependable and ability to meet internal deadlines consistently.
Strong organization skills and attentiveness to detail.
Flexible, adaptable and willing to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
Must have the ability to work independently
Minimum of one-year experience in office setting preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience conducting scheduling duties in an EMS or other system is preferred, but not required
Knowledge and ability to work in ESO is preferred, but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, teams, managers, supervisors, and external customers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing schedules for the EMS employees assuring that all shifts are filled.
Coordinating vacation & unscheduled sick time for Ambulance operations.
This position will also help maintain an electronic employee database that tracks key payroll and schedule information about all employees.
Responsible for accuracy of schedule and works with employees to ensure accuracy of timecards.
Tracks and documents sick calls, and call-offs.
Scheduler works closely with field employees, supervisors, and managers to coordinate the schedule and payroll effort.
Other duties as assigned
Full Time, required to work one weekend day.
