About The Position
We are a mid-sized, growing, family-owned business looking to add another office member to our Team. Position is full-time Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm Spring and Fall are our busiest seasons! Previous office experience needed. Customer service skills necessary. Must be proficient in typing/data entry/spreadsheets. Does not require in-person customer interaction. Everything is conducted over the phone and via email. Looking for a self-starter and someone motivated to thrive in a role that could lead to more upward growth. Requirements
- Previous office experience needed
- Customer service skills necessary
- Must be proficient in typing/data entry/spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Schedule both residential and commercial customers
- Use Google Docs / company software databases / scheduling system to coordinate date / time / locations for jobs
- Collaborate with other Scheduling staff - work as a part of a team!
