About The Position

Scheduler Position Summary Complete and maintain employee schedule: Med Tech's and Resident Aides Manage OnShift Attendance tracking via OnShift Weekly overtime reports Maintain Daily Staffing: Make sure all shifts are covered with staff daily Make calls to cover in the event there is a call off Cover the shift if there is an opening that is below our safety minimum Interview prospects when Business Office Manager is unavailable Coordinate with recruiting when Business Office Manager is unavailable Set up interviews Maintain and track new hire paperwork Manage new hire process Report open positions weekly Training and orientation: Schedule training Schedule and coordinate orientation for all new hires Assist with disciplinary action Track write ups for wellness staff Manager on Duty: Participate in weekend MOD rotation Daily rounding of the community to ensure resident care needs are met as well as making sure staff are performing up to company Assist Business Office Manager with maintaining employee files Notify Payroll, Wellness Administrator, and Executive Director of all changes in employee status Company Overview Founded in 1979, American House Senior Living Communities’ vision is to provide high-quality housing for senior at a price affordable for retirees and their families.   • Maintain Daily Staffing: Make sure all shifts are covered with staff daily
