The US Oncology Network is looking for a Scheduler to join our team at Texas Oncology . This full-time position will support our Northwest Houston, Texas location . Nestled in the heart of Northwest Houston on Timberdale Lane, TxO – Northwest Houston offers world-class cancer care in a warm, community-centered environment. This comprehensive cancer center provides cutting-edge treatments including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, diagnostic imaging, and laboratory services—all under one roof. This position will be either a level I, II or Senior based on candidate experience. What does the Scheduler do? (including but not limited to): Under direct supervision, responsible for scheduling patient appointments and tests in an efficient and timely manner. Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate personnel. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical staff. May include outside scheduling and/or surgical scheduling responsibilities. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
