About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking a Full Time Scheduler in Pagosa Springs, CO. The Main office Staff facilitates and provides excellent client care and customer service. The Scheduler is responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient scheduling of caregiver visits to client's homes in the Southwest CO Area, utilizing Care Management Software. This is a full-time position located in the Pagosa Springs Main office.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable as needed
  • Mature, energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person that wants to be a team player
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Gifted at working with various personality types
  • Able to multi-task and produce positive results
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good phone skills
  • Excel at Customer Service
  • Organized
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and Outlook
  • Positive attitude and exhibit patience
  • Must live in or near Pagosa Springs, CO

Responsibilities

  • Accurate, timely, and efficient scheduling of caregivers visits to client's homes in the Southwest CO Area
  • Utilize a Care Management Software to facilitate scheduling duties
  • Work well under pressure

  • Talk on the phone with field employees and clients on a daily basis
