Requirements

• Ability to adapt quickly to frequent schedule changes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Language: Advanced English (8.0 - 9.0 proficiency)

• Strategic Matching: Pair caregivers with clients based on skills and compatibility.
• Crisis Response: Handle schedule changes and emergencies with speed and calm.
• Effective Communication: Act as the main link between staff and clients.
