The Scheduler/Training Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency by managing the training and scheduling of security personnel. This position is responsible for delivering training, creating schedules, and overseeing staff management to ensure all shifts are adequately covered, particularly during holidays and weekends.

  • Deliver in-person training for all security personnel.
  • Ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Create and manage schedules for all shifts, ensuring 100% shift coverage.
  • Proactively address staffing shortages or scheduling conflicts.
  • Track and manage overtime to minimize excess labor costs.
  • Monitor staff clock-ins and clock-outs for each shift.
  • Reconcile missed clock-ins or clock-outs within 24 hours.
  • Maintain effective communication with all staff members regarding schedules, changes, and updates.
  • Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate timekeeping and pay processing.
  • Address and resolve any staffing issues that arise.
  • Scheduling experience is required.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
