Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience in a hospital or physician practice setting.
- Understanding and use of Electronic Health Record (EMR).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree.
- Certified Scheduling Technician (CST).
Responsibilities
- The Scheduler arranges appointments for surgical and non-surgical procedures along with pre-surgical testing for various specialties.
