About The Position

The Scheduler Support Services assists with various functions as it relates to efficient operation and scheduling of imaging procedures for North Memorial Hospital, Outpatient Imaging Center, The Hope Chest Breast Center and Maple Grove Hospital.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) required
• Associate degree in business administration preferred
• Knowledge of Epic Radiant or computerized scheduling system preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Previous scheduling or registration related experience in a hospital, clinic or physician's office preferred
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, critical thinking and judgment skills to anticipate potential problems and identify when problems occur and the ability to solve problems as they arise
• Attention to detail and skill in performing with a high degree of accuracy
• PC and keyboarding skills
• Ability to multi-task in high pressure and fast-paced environment
