You’ll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools, including MS Project, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence, and regular interactions with clients and customers. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with the Department of Defense or Federal Program and Project Management
  • 4+ years of experience with scheduling
  • 4+ years of experience with testing and evaluation, including SOVT, ATP, or DOT&E
  • Experience identifying trends and targeted areas of improvement.
  • Knowledge of EVM, contracts, and Shipbuilder CDRLs
  • Ability to integrate schedules with other Program documentation and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management
  • 2+ years of experience in financial management and PPBE
  • Experience with the Department of Navy Projects and Shipbuilding Projects
  • Knowledge of Aegis Weapon Systems and Combat Systems
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Possession of excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
