Under direct supervision, the Scheduler/Receptionist is the first point of contact for I-CARE Clinic guests. The Scheduler/Receptionist is responsible for scheduling new and established patients, providing callbacks and rescheduling as needed, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, granting access to the property, responding to inquiries from the public, assisting in data collection and data entry, providing information about the organization and exercising a high level of customer service to our participants/patients, staff and visitors. The Scheduler/Receptionist contributes to the security of the organization by helping monitor visitor access and ensuring that all visitors log in to the appropriate manuals. This position requires excellent customer service skills and strong computer literacy. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with a diverse range of individuals including those with mental health and substance use challenges. Ability to converse with patients/visitors in Spanish preferred. No smoking workplace. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm work shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
