About The Position

The Nursing Scheduler - QMA at Coventry Meadows Assisted Living is responsible for coordinating staff schedules to ensure adequate resident care while embodying the core values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. This role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
• Must be available to work flexible hours.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years prior healthcare or office experience, with previous experience in long-term care preferred.
• Current QMA certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reliable and adequate schedules based on staffing guidelines to ensure excellent resident care.
• Provide care and compassion to the patients served.
• Act as a positive teammate by helping onboard new employees.
• Communicate scheduling needs in a positive and professional manner to staff and management.
