The role involves ensuring the community is adequately staffed to meet residents' care and service needs in accordance with company standards and guidelines. You will supervise direct care staff, manage schedules, and communicate changes in resident needs effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Prefer one year experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting.
  • Must have knowledge and working capability of PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure community is adequately staffed to meet resident's care and service needs.
  • Supervise direct care staff as delegated by manager/supervisor.
  • Communicate/distribute associate schedules a minimum of one week in advance.
  • Manage on-call/after-hours business needs as assigned.
  • Communicate staffing shortages and additional staffing needs to supervisor.
  • Operate and maintain corporate scheduling and billing computer system according to company guidelines.
  • Complete daily billing in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and SOX regulations.
  • Review and reconcile billing on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, residents, family members, and community personnel.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
