About The Position
ComForCare Home Care Las Vegas is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler / Lead Caregiver to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who’s organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others — someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment but isn’t afraid to jump into the field when needed. You’ll be coordinating caregiver schedules, assisting with office operations, and covering client shifts to ensure every client receives the care they deserve. Requirements
- Passion for serving seniors and helping others live their best lives.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of caregiving experience (home care or senior living preferred).
- Prior scheduling or administrative experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage.
- Respond quickly to callouts and open shifts.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and families.
- Conduct onboarding tasks including drug tests, paperwork, and administrative support.
- Assist the recruiter with scheduling interviews and maintaining caregiver files.
- Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) for coordination.
- Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
- Provide high-quality care for clients when covering shifts.
- Assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Ensure client safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.
