Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2-4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree or 4-6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree
  • Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at less than $1M

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working in both one-on-one and group settings

Responsibilities

  • You'll create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • You'll integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
  • You'll generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports.
  • You'll coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
  • You'll ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates.
  • You'll publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations.
  • You'll integrate Primavera P6 data with other platforms, such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.
  • You'll support change management processes and perform routine QA/QC checks on schedules.
  • You'll provide scheduling insights to project managers to resolve issues proactively.
  • You'll attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
