About The Position

OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for a Scheduler I who will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules that align with customer demand, capacity constraints, and inventory levels. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the successful execution of our production plans. By monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of production operations and meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams to understand customer requirements, lead times, and production constraints
  • Analyze production data, including order quantities, materials availability, and equipment capacity, to develop feasible production schedules
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in customer demand, material availability, or production constraints
  • Coordinate with procurement and material planning teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
  • Communicate production schedules to relevant stakeholders, including Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams
  • Track and report on production performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize urgent orders, and manage capacity constraints
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all scheduling activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, scheduling processes, and systems
