About The Position

Westminster Communities of Florida Home Care is hiring a Staffing / Scheduler for its Orlando location. In this role, the Staffing / Scheduler will coordinate staffing schedules and ensure coverage for home care clients across all shifts. This position reports to the Home Care Administrator of the assigned community. Schedule: Two positions available (1 Full-time and 1 Part-time) This position is responsible for:

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years staffing experience, preferably in home care or staffing agency

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing the monthly schedule for caregivers (HHA/CNA and LPNs) based on census needs.
  • The schedule must be posted at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Post daily and or weekly updates to the schedule.
  • Submit approved Missed Punch Forms, Lunch Break Forms and other payroll related documentation on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Accuracy and timeliness are required for this function.
  • Maintain a record of Call-offs and no-call/no-shows.
  • Immediately inform the RN Supervisor of employees’ unplanned absences.
