About The Position

Westminster Communities of Florida is actively recruiting for a full time Home Care Scheduler for its location in Bradenton, FL. This position will coordinate staffing schedules and ensure staffing for clients on all shifts; will assist in collecting credentialing documentations as they expire each year. Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years staffing experience, preferably in home care or staffing agency.
  • The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented individual with good time management and relationship building skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate with staff members when preparing the monthly schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing the monthly schedule for caregivers (HHA/CNA and LPNs) based on census needs.
  • The schedule must be posted at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Post daily and or weekly updates to the schedule.
  • Submit approved Missed Punch Forms, Lunch Break Forms and other payroll related documentation on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Accuracy and timeliness are required for this function.
  • Maintain a record of Call-offs and no-call/no-shows.
  • Immediately inform the RN Supervisor of employee’s unplanned absences.
