  • Schedule flight crews according to government and company regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain federal legality and contractual compliance of flight crew schedules.
  • Coordinate with System Operations Control personnel and management to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members regarding regulations and reassignments.
  • Assign uncovered flying in accordance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Process flight crew member requests and maintain monthly schedule integrity.
  • Utilize various software systems to complete assigned tasks.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Advanced coursework in Aviation Management desirable.
  • Previous aviation operations experience and knowledge of the airline industry.
  • Ability to learn and operate complex software systems.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with Navitaire, Sabre Crew Trac, Flite Trac, and Flica software systems.
