The Centralized Scheduler is responsible for scheduling outpatient diagnostic testing, interventional radiology procedures, and cath lab procedures across all adult and pediatric Norton Healthcare facilities. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and providers, requiring strong communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in computer systems to manage a high volume of scheduling requests.
