The Center at Lincoln is looking PRN Scheduler to join their Nursing Admin team! Pay is dependent on experience. These individuals also assist with Central Supply.

Requirements

  • 1-year minimum experience in Medical Scheduling strongly preferred.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates authoritative but fair leadership qualities.
  • Maintains a calm and friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must work well within a team and be able to provide clear instructions to employees.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Paycom and scheduling systems preferred.
  • Knowlege of Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and maintains the schedule for the nursing department.
  • Works with leadership and management to plan, recruit and hire nursing staff when needed.
  • Calls in replacements in the event of an employee call-in or no-show.
  • Reports employees to management who violate call-off/PTO policies, and reports inconsistencies, job vacancies and scheduling concerns to management to address.
  • Creates badges for new hires and coordinates new system access.
  • Ensures floor training is complete.
  • Assists with Central Supply as needed.
