About The Position
Scheduler/Caregiver Innovative Home Services is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Caregiver to support the operations of our private duty program at Freedom Village of Bradenton, a vibrant senior living community. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands-on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations. Why This Role is Exciting: As a Scheduler/Caregiver, you’ll have the opportunity to: Be a Leader: Play a key role in the leadership team of a thriving private duty program. Coordinate Schedules: Manager client scheduling to ensure seamless care delivery. Support Operations: Assist with billing and payroll processes to maintain efficient operations. Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide hands-on personal care and companion services, making a direct and meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives. Collaborate with Leadership: Contribute to the strategic success of our growing private duty program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred.
- Prior scheduling experience is preferred
