About The Position

Scheduler/Caregiver: Full Time with some weekend and on call requirements. Innovative Home Services is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Caregiver to support the operations of our private duty program at Freedom Village at Brandywine, a vibrant senior living community. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands-on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations. Coordinate Schedules: Manager client scheduling to ensure seamless care delivery. Support Operations: Assist with billing and payroll processes to maintain efficient operations. Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide hands-on personal care and companion services, making a direct and meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives. What We’re Looking For: Education High school diploma or GED required. Certifications: Current CPR or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Direct Care Certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Experience: One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred. Skills Outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. o Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs. Requirements
