Requirements

  • Scheduling, coordination, or customer service experience
  • C2 / Native English required
  • Calendar management skills
  • Fast typing and multitasking
  • Weekend and evening availability required

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules
  • Coordinate schedules across teams and departments
  • Update CRM and scheduling tools
  • Maintain records and productivity reports
  • Handle urgent same-day changes
  • Provide professional communication in English
